The Adoring Doulas
We are Krystil & Heather, a mother/daughter duo who are more like sisters. After years of being birth enthusiasts, we decided to put our knowledge to use & we became certified birth & post partum doulas through the Long Island Doula Association. We are both Reiki Masters, while Krystil is Yoga Teacher Certified and does our birth photography. Our number one priority is mom, because if mama is happy, every one is happy!
OUR MISSION IS TO GUIDE WOMEN BACK TO THEIR INNATE WISDOM & POWER SO THEY CAN OWN THEIR PREGNANCY, BIRTH AND POST PARTUM JOURNEY EXACTLY AS THEY ENVISION IT.

As your doula team & birth coaches, our core tenants are integrity, honesty and love. Your needs and desires will be met to our best ability. We do this through offering uniquely curated packages for every one of our clients. We are deeply connected to the matriarchal, ancient roots of birth & prioritize sisterhood in motherhood. We support all births whether at home or in a hospital setting, natural, medicated, VBAC or cesarean. We look forward to supporting the Long Island community & creating a more positive birth experience for all!
