The Adoring Doulas team is made up of Krystil & Heather. We are certified Birth Doulas, Postpartum Doulas and Childbirth Educators. We are dedicated to our craft and collectively have 15 + years of experience and have worked with over 1,000 families. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and empowering support to birthing individuals and families. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where each person feels seen, heard, and respected throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. We are committed to guiding families through informed decision-making, offering physical and emotional support, and fostering a sense of calm and confidence during life’s most transformative experiences.

Krystil is the founder of Adoring Doulas and the Innerbloom Doula Institute. She has a deep commitment to transforming women’s healthcare and mentoring other doulas so they too, can be agents of change.
With over 1,000 families supported, she is passionate about creating empowering, peaceful birth experiences that honor the strength and autonomy of each birthing individual. Her work is rooted in the belief that every family deserves access to compassionate, informed care that fosters confidence and peace.

Through her 1:1 coaching & Innerbloom Doula Institute, Krystil has personally mentored & coached hundreds of doulas, guiding them to not only build successful businesses but also to become agents of change in women’s healthcare. By empowering doulas to lead with knowledge, compassion, and advocacy, Krystil is helping shape a future where birth experiences are truly transformative, and the care women receive is rooted in respect and understanding.
Meet Heather!
Heather is a seasoned, compassionate doula who brings a wealth of experience and heartfelt dedication to supporting families as they transition into parenthood. A proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 2, Heather’s passion for nurturing extends beyond birth to the postpartum period, where she truly believes that "mothering the mother" is key to a smooth recovery and adjustment.
Specializing in Postpartum Doula support, she is deeply committed to ensuring new parents feel seen, supported, and empowered in those first precious and challenging weeks.
