Service Description

You are capable of having an easy labor! In this comprehensive class, we discuss all the things you and your support people need to know in order to confidently support your labor. Expect to deep dive into unmedicated versus medicated labor, positioning for each stage of labor, partner support, hands on techniques, natural pain management tools and so much more! There will also be a live Q&A session, where you can ask any questions you may have! If you're unable to attend the class live, the recorded version will be sent out for you to watch at your convenience. Class will be held on 11/21 at 8pm EST.
